How Jennifer can help
Tailored support for teens, young adults, and parents when a more direct format is the better fit for school stress, life transitions, or relational growth.
Secure telehealth for parents, adults, and teens when scheduling or distance makes online support the better option for continuity of care.

EMDR can help children process scary or upsetting experiences that still feel stuck, using play, movement, and child-friendly approaches.
For some children and families, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy can support regulation, confidence, and trust in ways that feel different from office-based work. When this service becomes available, families will be able to learn more about whether it may be a good fit.
The process is collaborative
Therapy here is not a drop-off service. Real change happens when the grownups are involved and the work inside the therapy room creates more calm and connection at home.
1. Parent intake
The process begins with the grownups so Jennifer can understand the family story and the concerns currently being felt at home.
2. Initial child sessions
Jennifer spends about three initial visits building trust and understanding how stress, emotions, and regulation are showing up for your child.
3. Integrated plan
Jennifer reconnects with parents to review goals, understand the clinical direction, and provide practical tools to use outside the office.
If your child is older, more verbal, or simply needs a different format, Individual Therapy or Online Therapy may be the better starting point.

Protecting the therapeutic space
To keep the focus on healing, Jennifer works within the clinical relationship and does not take on roles that would divide that focus. The goal is to create a space where families can feel supported without added pressure or divided loyalties.

To protect that therapeutic process, this practice does not serve as a source for custody recommendations, testimony, or high-conflict court advocacy. Additional fit, policy, and divorced-parent details can be found on the FAQ page.
